MECOS BOARDS supports talented Swiss athletes in various disciplines. While they cannot perform their main activity, they train their sense of balance, coordination and deep muscles.

ELENA SANDERA

The Swiss windsurfer aimed to represent Switzerland in the iQFoil class at the 2024 Summer Olympics. Although it was a close call, she still keeps her goal firmly in sight. With the Balance Board THE SURFER, she’s improving her coordination, balance, and stability – her next attempt is sure to be a success!

The Swiss wave pool surfer trains with the balance board THE SURFER to improve her balance, coordination and endurance. As a mother of a young daughter, she plans weekly training blocks to push the level of the female pool surfing scene.

JONAS JUNKER

After several serious knee injuries, the professional snowboarder focused on physical therapy and fitness training instead of standing on his board. To restore his balance and coordination to a top level, he trained on various balance board models from MECOS BOARDS.

The St. Gallen athlete is successful in two disciplines: freestyle BMX and downhill. In order to be successful in both sports, Michelle trains on the balance board THE TWIN-TIPPER to improve her sense of balance and coordination skills.

Dorian from Lausanne is a multi-talented athlete in various board sports. In 2019 he won the final of the Alaia Tour and the Romand title in skateboarding. He trains specifically on THE SHORTY balance board for maximum stability and balance.

A waterskiing veteran from Z-Wake with over 50 years of experience trains for 10 minutes a day on THE TWIN-TIPPER balance board to improve core stability and sense of balance.
